As I viewed the listings on today's Realtor caravan on the north shore of Kauai, I picked 2 properties as potential condos for first time homebuyers or someone looking for a 2nd home.  Puamana #20A is a 2 bedroom/2 bath turnkey unit located next to the Starwood Hotel listed at $369,000.   Puamana #11B is a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit that is currently a long term rental and needs some work.  It is priced at $375,000 and the seller will consider owner financing.
