There were 6 homes, 7 condos and 1 lot sold during the week of January 15-21st.   The first of the six Wainani at Poipu homes that were auctioned in late December closed.  The starting bid price was $595,000 for the 3 bed, 3.5 bath golf course home and it closed for $950,000 cash.  Other homes to close last week were in the $345,000 to $439,000 price range.
