The last week of 2010 had several million dollar plus recordations.  In Poipu, a 5 year old oceanview home sold for $2,100,000.  On the north shore there were 2 cash transactions-- an oceanview Anini Vista home sold for $1.4 M and a Princeville golf course home recorded for $1,048,500.  There was also a Haena oceanfront parcel that sold for $1.2 cash.
