At first glance, the land sale that recorded last week Friday would appear to be quite incredible.....$21,000,000 for a 3.20 acre parcel! Actually, the cash sale was for $21 million, however, it consisted of multiple lots with a total of approximately 2,000 acres. The land was part of the development known as Kealia Kealanani, a proposed 190 lot agricultural subdivision.
