There were 4 homes and 6 condominium sales during the week of February 19-25th. Two homes sold in the Kalaheo area for $595,000 and $640,000 and two houses in the Kapaa area sold for $325,000 and $392,000. Of the six condominium sales, five were bank owned sales and one was a short sale. There were no land sales during this time frame.
