Last week was the most active so far this year. There were 12 homes, 4 condominiums, 6 lots that recorded during the week of February 12 to 18th. There were 3 homes that sold on the Kiahuna Golf course in Poipu with a price range of $825,000 to $950,000 and included two more of the Wainani auction homes. There were also two homes that sold on Weke Road in Hanalei for $2,743,000 and $3,500,000 which were part of a multi-parcel sale including 4 additional vacant lots that was listed as a whole for $12,000,000.
