The south shore of Kauai was the spot for sales activity during the last week of March.   Two large land sales occurred in the Poipu area.  A 19 acre parcel which had been on the market for 488 days recorded for $1,950,000.   The Poipu Aina subdivision located on the bypass road was foreclosed on in 2010 at $3 million was purchased by a cash buyer for $4.5 million.  The 15 CPR lots are approximately 2.5 acres each and most were originally listed for over $1M.
