There were no land sales during the week of May 7-13th, however, there were two million dollar plus home sales. In Kilauea, an 8,620 sq. ft. home that was bank foreclosure listing sold for $3.1 million and the well-known "Bounty" house sold in Hanalei for $2.1 million.
