There was a presentation at this week's Realtor caravan by a newcomer to the auction scene on Kauai. Kennedy Wilson hosted an open house for Kauai's Realtors at one of the 6 homes at Wainani at Poipu scheduled to be auctioned at the Grand Hyatt Hotel on Decmeber 28, 2010. The listings below that are part of this auction offering are: MLS#240393, 240394, 240395, 240396, 240297, 240346. Note that the prices ($450,000 -$650,000) shown on these listings are starting bid prices and that there is an undisclosed reserve price on each property.
Thus far, the auctions held on Kauai have been by another company handling luxury properties on the north and east side of Kauai and each has been an absolute auction without a reserve price.
