Today's Realtor caravan on Kauai's southshore included one of my listings, Kuhio Shores #310, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium. When I arrived at 9:30am there was a light rain, however, by 10:00am the sun was out, the sky was blue and it was another beautiful day in Poipu! There were 2 snorkelers in the water in front of my unit and a dive boat further off shore. I was hoping to see some humpback whales, however, the steady stream of interested people coming to view my listing kept me busy.
