There were eight home sales during the week of March 10-16th with an islandwide median price of $822,500.   The median was boosted by a couple million dollar sales on the south and north shore and a five million dollar in Kilauea.   The classic Plantation Manager's house on 13.23 acres was purchased by a cash buyer.
