Kauai Caravans for Week of January 7th to 11th

There were 2 Realtor caravans held this week...the first was on the east side of the island and featured homes in the Kapahi to Wailua Homesteads area.  I presented my listing at in Kiinani Place in  Wailua Homesteads to the Realtor community and received very positive response.  Lunch was enjoyed on the spacious outdoor deck with perfect Kauai weather. 

On Thursday, listings from Poipu to Lawai were available for viewing.  The tour ended at Lawai Cannery and Self Storage where a tour of the facilities was presented.   This property is not for sale, however, the owners wanted Realtors to see what services are offered.   The storage facilities are very clean and in addition to regular bays also offer refrigerated wine space.

2nd Realtor Caravan of the Week - Poipu, Kauai's South Shore

Kauai Realtor Caravan - Wednesday, November 7, 2007

Today's Realtor Caravan featured properties in the north shore resort community of Princeville.  The majority of the listings that were available for viewing were condominiums, with a few homes and one vacant lot.  The lot is located on the golf course and includes building plans for $525,000.   The homes ranged from $735,000 to $1,080,000.  The condominiums started at $485,000 and went up to $2,249,000.  My picks today were the Villas of Kamalii unit listed for $995,000 and the Pu'u Po'a unit for $2,249,000.   Both offer great views and were in good condition.

Aloha and welcome to my first blog! 

I am very excited about blogging and hope that the information I provide will be of interest and helpful to my cyber readers. 

Given that I am in the business of real estate, the majority of my posts will have something to do with the subject of real estate.  However, I also have the privilege of living on Kauai and I know there is an interest in what life is like on this island.   So, I plan to also share different aspects of what living on Kauai is all about.
